Established in 1981 as Sprott Securities, Cormark has evolved into an industry leader recognized for its knowledge and commitment to the mid-cap and emerging growth market

Consistently ranked top 5 Canadian mid-market dealer by institutional investors for the last 10 years, as compiled by Brendan Wood International. While the origins of the firm date back over 40+ years, the current firm began to take shape when 12 original principals purchased the business in two tranches during 2000 and 2002. We are proud to have almost 100 shareholders in the business today, including several of the 12 original principals.
